A friend told me two weeks ago she has trouble sleeping, due to stress and concerns of her personal life. She attends school, swimming classes and their job discouraged and very tired. My friend is thinking of leaving to work for a few months. That's a difficult decision because she loves her job(office), however, that it is affecting their health. What is your suggestion?
