I don´t know much strange stories but my grandmother told me that when she was young she saw a flying white bag in her house. I don't sure that it's true but it´s very interesting.
I think you should have described better your story, add details. It doesn't seem fantastic and there are many explanations, such as it was a normal bag floating in the wind. I don't think it was something unreal or strange.
I don´t think that it was a simple bag i believe that it was a scary ghost because they can obtain a lot of forms.
